What is a Goodiebox?

A goodiebox is a promotional package we have put together with a number of producers. What is in the box is still a surprise but it will consist of both physical and digital products and vouchers.

Do I get the box right away?

No, you will receive the box by default within a month of your stay. 

Can I combine the code for the box with a discount code?

You can choose between the surprise or the discount.

I have entered the code but I don't see on the booking confirmation that I will get the box?

If you have entered the code you will see it on the so-called receipt but not in the confirmation e-mail indeed. In our systems, however, the code does appear in your booking.

I forgot to enter the code when booking, can I still participate?

Because of the very limited supply, it is no longer possible.

Can everyone who books receive a Goodiebox?

Nearly everyone! You have to book a package during the promotional period and live in the Netherlands or Belgium (a room-only package where you can determine your own length of stay does not count)
